A BIT ABOUT US

This is my dad, Kurt.  He always called me "Pepper", was a big believer in constantly learning new things, and taught me 3 simple rules to live by: 

1.  If you are going to be in, be ALL IN.

2.  Always look for the potential in others - if you don't see it at first, keep searching until you find it.

3.  Learn to stand up for yourself so you can stand up for others.

After he passed, I promised myself to do something that would honor the lessons he taught me...and that is how the Pepper Foundation was created.  We will always see the potential in every foster child and nurture their growth by inspiring their confidence to discover their voice and adulthood independence.
